My Pod Modular Homes offer modular homes and offices ranging from 19-64 square meters.
Pricing is commensurate to the level of skill, precision, experience and business infrastructure applied, together with the sum of high quality materials and fittings included. My Pod does not entertain comparison to far lesser products or the claims of 'competitor' businesses.
Factory-finished pricing is for connection-ready units and includes sales tax.
Turnkey pricing includes structural concrete foundation columns, professional transportation and installation, a complete septic and drainage system and in-ground connections to electricity and water.
